1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 Definitions
BUSINESS DAY – any day from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

RESERVATION FORM – a form available on the Website enabling the Client to make a Reservation.
CIVIL CODE – the Polish Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964, as amended.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – these Terms and Conditions of the Website.
RESERVATION – a declaration of intent submitted by the Client through the Reservation Form specifying the essential terms of the Service and aimed directly at concluding a Service Agreement with the Company.
WEBSITE – the Service Provider’s website available at legalwithboska.com.
SERVICE – a service provided by the Company to the Client under terms agreed between the Client and the Company before concluding the Service Agreement.
ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User through the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
USER / CLIENT – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit with legal capacity using or intending to use the Electronic Service or concluding a Service Agreement with the Company.
CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT – the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, as amended.
1.2 The Website available at legalwithboska.com is operated by the Service Provider.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions apply to both consumers and business users. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any consumer rights granted under mandatory provisions of law.
1.4 For the avoidance of doubt, the actual Service Agreement and the performance of the consultation service take place outside the Website.
2. ELECTRONIC SERVICES
2.1 The following Electronic Service is available on the Website: Reservation Form.
The Reservation Form is activated when the Client clicks the booking button on the Website. A Reservation is completed by:
(1) completing the Reservation Form,
(2) clicking the “Reserve” button,
(3) confirming the Reservation by entering the SMS verification code sent to the Client’s mobile phone number.
The Client must provide:
- full name,
- e-mail address,
- mobile phone number,
- information required to arrange the consultation.
The Reservation Form service is provided free of charge and ends when the Reservation is submitted or abandoned.
2.2 Technical requirements:
- Internet-enabled device,
- e-mail access,
- HTML5-compatible browser,
- enabled cookies and JavaScript,
- any screen resolution.
2.3 The User shall use the Website in compliance with applicable law and shall not provide unlawful content.
3. CONDITIONS FOR CONCLUDING A SERVICE AGREEMENT
3.1 The Website is intended to enable and facilitate the online booking of consultations and the conclusion of a Service Agreement with the Company.
3.2 A Service Agreement is concluded after the Client submits a Reservation through the Reservation Form. The Service Agreement itself is concluded outside the Website.
3.3 Cancellation of Reservations and Refund Policy
The Client may cancel a reservation at any time before the scheduled consultation by using the cancellation link provided in the reservation confirmation e-mail.
Reservations cancelled less than fourty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start time of the consultation are non-refundable.
Reservations cancelled at least fourty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start time of the consultation are eligible for a full refund of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount paid.
Any eligible refund shall be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed between the Client and the Company.
3.4 Unless separately agreed in writing, consultations provided by the Company do not constitute legal representation before courts, administrative authorities, or other public institutions.
3.5 I consent to the provision of the service on the agreed date before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, I will lose my right to withdraw from the contract.
4. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
4.1 Complaints relating to Electronic Services or the operation of the Website may be submitted:
- in writing to the Company’s correspondence address, or
- by e-mail to contact@legalwithboska.com.
4.2 It is recommended that complaints include a description of the issue, the requested resolution, and contact details.
4.3 The Company shall respond to complaints without undue delay and no later than within 14 calendar days.
5. PERSONAL DATA
5.1 The controller of personal data is the Company.
5.2 The Company guarantees the confidentiality of personal data.
5.3 Personal data may be entrusted to third-party processors where necessary for service provision.
5.4 Personal data is collected with due care and protected against unauthorized access.
5.5 Further information regarding personal data processing is available in the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1 Agreements are concluded in the Polish language.
6.2 The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, including changes in law or the introduction of new services.
6.3 Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, the Consumer Rights Act, and other applicable legal provisions.
